{"id":617,"date":"2014-03-08T00:49:11","date_gmt":"2014-03-08T00:49:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/parrybaysheepfarm.com\/wordpress\/?p=617"},"modified":"2016-06-27T19:07:37","modified_gmt":"2016-06-27T19:07:37","slug":"sofrito","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/parrybaysheepfarm.com\/wordpress\/2014\/sofrito\/","title":{"rendered":"Sofrito"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This is a very quick and easy lamb stew from Greece.<br \/>\n(This recipe serves 4 people, but I usually double it.)<br \/>\nIngredients:<br \/>\n2 T. flour<br \/>\n1 lb. boneless lamb meat, cut into bite-sized chunks.<br \/>\n1 tsp. salt<br \/>\n1 tsp. pepper<br \/>\n2 T. olive oil<br \/>\n4 cloves of garlic (or equivalent in crushed garlic.)<br \/>\na good handful of fresh parsley, chopped.<br \/>\n1 C. red wine vinegar.<br \/>\nDirections:<br \/>\n1. Mix flour, salt and pepper together and dredge pieces of lamb in this mixture.<br \/>\n2. Heat the olive oil in a medium-sized skillet, medium heat, and brown the lamb evenly.
